We provide product availability in terms of product repair and replacement but also on-site services to assist in the field. Our specialists can assist remotely or on-site with response times of less than 4 hours. This service also includes proactive on-site health checks. IMPEQ Services approach combines the maintenance of products and configurations with the overall system function. This bridges any pitfalls between multi-vendor equipment or signal hand-over points, delivering a reliable level of service and broadcast output.

Remote monitoring

Via remote management systems we are able to pro-actively analyze and monitor the services. Any degradation in the quality can be observed and reported. This will provide all the needed information to perform remote system checks and troubleshooting.
